The Dell Direct Giving program gives employees the opportunity to commit and confidentially contribute financial support to any registered nonprofit organization in the U.S. Dell matches Direct Giving donations, dollar-for-dollar up to $10,000 per employee per year, and underwrites all administrative costs.

IBM has an active philanthropic program in which we team up with employees to support organizations they care about in the communities in which they live and work. IBM also provides support to employees who volunteer their personal time to community projects.
