Susan offers extensive experience for the past five decades in fund raising for various nonprofit organizations, such as United Way, Girls’ Inc., Knights of Columbus, Pilot Club International and the Alzheimer’s Association to name a few. Susan looks forward to assisting with the goals and mission of For the Children and working with the Board to attain these goals.

Xavier has worked for H-E-B 33+ years and is currently General Manager of an “H-E- B Plus!” store in Austin, Texas. He has served on the Board for 20 years, currently holding the office of President. He is a graduate of University of Texas Austin and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1987. Xavier is a member of H-E- B’s “Hall of Fame”.
